This session will be delivered in English with consecutive Mandarin interpretation.

Attendees will hear from experts from Services Australia, who will provide information on scams related to Medicare and Centrelink, and NSW Police who will discuss cybercrime, common scam tactics, and practical crime prevention strategies.

To help illustrate how scams affect our community, the session will also feature real-life experiences and case studies from members of the Chinese community in Bradfield, highlighting the different types of scams currently in circulation and the steps people can take to protect themselves.

We encourage seniors, their families, and carers to attend this free community event and learn how to recognise, avoid, and report scams.

If oversubscribed please email Alice on [email protected] to be put on our waitlist.
