In June 2022, a delegation of Australian energy efficiency experts embarked on a tour and bilateral knowledge exchange to Germany. The Australian delegates represented policy, finance and industry sectors. The delegation was funded by the German government, organised by the Renewables Academy with adelphi and led by the Energy Efficiency Council's CEO (Luke Menzel) under the umbrella of the Australia-Germany Energy Partnership.

Martina has more than 15 years’ experience in strategy, policy, program design, project management, stakeholder engagement and communications across not-for-profit, government and private sector. She's driven to help create an equitable society that is open, respectful, peaceful, creative, innovative and diverse.

The delegation's report shares observations and insights made by the Australian delegates. It's intended to provide Australian policy makers and other interested stakeholders with new perspectives on ways that Australian energy efficiency policies and programs could be strengthened in commercial and residential buildings.
