International Women's Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender equality. The theme for 2022 is #BreakTheBias.

Nicolette will support International Women's Day 2022 by running a Three Generation Break The Bias Roundtable. 

At the Roundtable, the three generations will share -

• their experiences - "What was it like when you were a girl."
• impressions of change - "What changes have you seen?"
• views of the future - "What do you want for the future?"
• suggestions for action - "What can we do to make that happen?"

The Roundtable will enlarge cross-generational understanding and empower participants to take concrete action to accelerate gender equality.
