Support Nicolette Boele in Canberra

Nicolette Boele isn’t backed by a party – she’s backed by the people of Bradfield. That means every decision she makes is for our community.

By donating, you help keep our independent representation strong, make sure community priorities are heard in Canberra, and support the work that matters most to us – from climate action, housing, and retooling the economy for a better future.

In 2022, Bradfield became a marginal seat for the first time. In 2025, our community showed what’s possible when people come together. Let’s keep that momentum going.

In addition to our legal requirements set out by the AEC, our tenets for donations are that:

  1. We prefer donations from individuals
  2. We accept donations from non-commercial organisations such as private ancillary funds (PAFs) and foundations where the organisation's directors do not directly financially benefit from the entity's operation.

As of the time of writing (01 Oct 25) , Australia does not have a cap on donations to federal campaigns. However, total donations over $17,300 in the financial year ending 30 June 2026 have to be disclosed, and Nicolette’s campaign vehicle is obliged to lodge those reports with the Australian Electoral Commission. What this means is that total donations over $17,300 cannot be anonymous. More details on obligations are here.

New rules are scheduled to come into effect on 01 July 2026, and they bring major changes to your and our obligation to report political donations, chief of which are:

-      A reduction in the disclosure threshold to $5,000

  • Disclosures  have to be much faster and more frequent than in the past
  • Donations have been capped at an annual maximum of $50,000
